Dr. Eurydice Stanley is a visionary thought-leader, international speaker, award-winning author, and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with a lifelong commitment to service, education, and human relations. Raised in a servant-leadership household, she is a proud third-generation Soldier and fourth-generation graduate of Florida A&M University, where she first discovered the transformative power of mentorship.
Vision Throughout her 28-year military career, culminating in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Stanley served as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior Instructor at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), where she trained senior Department of Defense leaders worldwide. Her expertise spans small group facilitation, mediation, curriculum development, adult education, and human relations—skills that allow her to deeply connect with and inspire adult learners.
After transitioning from active military service, Dr. Stanley became the Mentorship Coordinator for the Army National Guard Readiness Center, creating a specialized leadership development program for a three-star general that emphasized the human side of leadership. Today, she is the founder of Amused Media and Productions LLC, a training and development company that equips organizations with tools to "AMP-Up" their teams through transformational learning experiences.
Dr. Stanley’s personal journey has been shaped by the legacy of her late father, LTC Quewanncoii C. Stanley Sr.—a decorated Special Forces Green Beret, Airborne Ranger, Jumpmaster, and Professor of Military Science whose life of service inspired her to dedicate her work to helping others live, lead, and leave a legacy. After his passing in 2024, she launched “Bridging Infinity,” a leadership training experience honoring her father’s legacy and symbolizing the lifelong, far-reaching impact leaders can have.
An accomplished international speaker, Dr. Stanley has presented across the U.S. (including Alaska and Puerto Rico) and worldwide in South Africa, New Zealand, Germany, Panama, and Costa Rica. Her expertise has been featured in over 100 published articles in prominent outlets such as Joint Forces Quarterly, Military Advanced Education, Military.com, GI Jobs Magazine, Stars and Stripes, and AUSA News.
She is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Consultant, Distinguished Toastmaster, and recipient of seven book awards. Her documentary Chasing Harriet received the 2024 Grand Jury Short Documentary Award at the Orlando International Film Festival.
Today, Dr. Stanley continues to inspire audiences with her signature message of servant leadership, mentorship, and transformational growth. She empowers individuals and organizations to rise above challenges, embrace their purpose, and create a legacy of lasting influence.
